Front country camping is available at the Red Rock Canyon Campground. Reservations are required and can be made through www.recreation.gov or by phone: 702-515-5387 or 1-877-444-6777

Backpacking

Backpacking is the best way to enjoy the Rainbow Mountain Wilderness. There is no permit required, unless you chose to use a trailhead from the Red Rock Scenic Loop. In that case, someone will need a Willow Spring Late Exit/Overnight Pass, make a timed entry reservation, and to pay the entry fee.
