Wild Nevada is lucky to have you in office!  I was thrilled to see that the Lyon County Economic Development and Conservation Act was the first piece of legislation you introduced as Nevada State Representative.  Wovoka thanks you!

I hope that you'll agree with me when I say that the time has also come for Gold Butte, Nevada's piece of the Grand Canyon puzzle.  As a Friends of Nevada Wilderness supporter I heard you had a great flyover Gold Butte.  I loved seeing your posts on facebook.  Gold Butte is such an incredible and fragile landscape, including thousands of petroglyphs, diverse plant life, and habitat for the federally listed desert tortoise.

Will you please continue your leadership for Nevada's wild lands and for public lands in the United States, and introduce legislation this Congress to protect Gold Butte as a National Conservation Area with Wilderness?
