In tough times, it's good to have Friends. Tuesday, May 5th, is our opportunity to come together in support of Wild Nevada and the work Friends provides during #GivingTuesdayNow.

#GivingTuesdayNow is a new global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 – as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. This is our time to stand together and ensure statewide stewardship, conservation and promotion of Wilderness values continues under the leadership of the Friends of Nevada Wilderness' staff and volunteers.

Currently, Friends is restricted from field activities but we will soon return to an ever-growing list of maintenance, trailwork, cleanups and graffiti removals. Public Lands are experiencing unprecedented misuse and will require the urgent attention of our volunteers and stewardship team as soon as it is safe for them to return to work.  

Starting now, your donation towards our #GivingTuesdayNow campaign, will help bridge the gap caused by the current pandemic and bring us through the other side a stronger organization.We understand this is a trying time for everyone and support comes in many forms.
