Howard Watts is the Communications Specialist for the Great Basin Water Network. As Nevada and the West continue to struggle with drought, he will discuss the state of the state's water supply for people and nature, give an overview of some of key water policies and projects that have shaped the Great Basin for better and worse, and provide ideas for a sustainable water future in the era of climate change.
