Join Friends of Nevada Wilderness for a weekend in lovely Central Nevada. We are partnering with the USFS to help them remove an old barbed wire fence that is no longer needed, and are hoping to split our crew and have some folks remove Pinyon Juniper encroachment into the valley to improve sage grouse habitat.

It will be enjoyable fall weekend with cold nights and warm days, perfect for enjoying Wild Nevada and giving back. Pulling fence is challenging, yet extremely rewarding work. Learn how to use a t-post puller, fence pliers, and roll up barbed wire.
