July 16, 2018 - Lovers of good food and the great outdoors are invited to The Grove on Friday, August 10, 2018, for a fun and flavor-filled evening benefiting Friends of Nevada Wilderness.  

The Big Horn Olive Oil Company is hosting the event, featuring their flavorful olive oils and balsamic vinegars that turn good food into something truly special.  Chef Ginger Luppa and Chef James Kretschmer of The Grove will present a Southern Hemisphere-themed menu, blending olive oils and balsamic vinegars to create taste sensations like most have never before experienced.   Also featured will be Big Horn’s new line of Wild Horse Cocktail Mixes, sweetened naturally with balsamic vinegars.
