South Loop Trail Invasive Species Management Project #2 with REI [Private Event]

The Friends of Nevada Wilderness is teaming up with REI in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area to fight the spread of invasive species, protecting our beloved Nevada landscapes.  We'll be working to restore habitat within the South Loop Trail corridor, placing care in the removal of densely populated Russian Thistle from the native landscape.

REI's dedicated volunteers will be working with us to ensure that future generations will have the opportunity to witness the beauty of a healthy mountain landscape.  This is a private event.

If you're interested in organizing a stewardship event with the Friends of Nevada Wilderness for your group or business, please call us at (702) 515-5417 for more information.
