Join Friends of Nevada Wilderness and the Santa Rosa Ranger District as we continue our work to help rehabilitate areas that have been affected by fire.
We will be planting bitterbrush seedlings which is important browse for deer and antelope, and is especially important for winter forage. This project is a great practice in the ancient art of teamwork, and we might just find ourselves having a little bit of fun out there!
We will be meeting at the office at 1:00pm, and we will provide breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings and a scrumptious meal on Saturday evening. We welcome you to come appreciate the great food, excellent company, and a weekend of satisfying work in the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains.
We will be sending an e-mail to those who RSVP for this trip with further details, and as always, the trip is subject to change due to weather. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call the office at 775-324-7667, or email us at [email protected]. Can't wait to see you there!
