Friends of Nevada Wilderness is partnering with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful (KTMB) to help clean-up and remove noxious weeds from the Truckee Meadows!!! Join us and KTMB to remove noxious weeds from the Hunter Creek drainage.  

There is about a mile and a half hike into the site, so you will need sturdy shoes and a long sleeve shirt. KTMB is running this event, but FNW staff will be on hand to guide and educate volunteers on noxious weeds and promote volunteer opportunities that Friends of Nevada Wilderness will be hosting in the area in June.
