Tell your representatives public lands should be managed for public good, not political gain!

By invoking the Congressional Review Act (CRA), Representative Celeste Maloy (R-UT-02) and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) have introduced joint resolutions to gut the monument management plan for Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Utah, which guides everything from the protection of sacred landscapes to the location of new campgrounds. Overturning the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument plan overrides years of public input and collaboration and puts the monument in harm’s way.
If this can happen in Utah, it can happen in Nevada to our National Monuments. Time is of the essence - please tell Senators Cortez Masto and Rosen and Representatives Titus, Horsford, and Lee to OPPOSE using the CRA to overturn our national monument plans. Congressman Amodei is unfortunately already a co-sponsor to gut these plans.
