Nevada's wilderness trails provide opportunities to explore, experience solitude, breathe fresh air, and escape our stresses.  You're invited to spend a fun weekend with us celebrating National Trails Day on June 4th.  Be a part of the effort to take care of the places we all play!

In southern Nevada, we're partnering up with the Bristlecone Chapter of Back Country Horsemen to improve Griffith Shadow Loop Trail!  Griffith Shadow is on the backside of the Red Rock escarpment and provides hikers and riders an opportunity to experience the quiet of La Madre Mountain Wilderness.  Click here to find out more and sign up!

In northern Nevada, we have two options to celebrate - from a day trip to Hunter Creek where we will be partnering with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful to keep the Hunter Creek Trail hikeable and weed-free to an overnight camp-out in the Black Rock-High Rock NCA where we will be working at Steven's camp to maintain a creek-side trail near a cabin built by Tennessee Ernie Ford. This trail leads users through a rugged desert oasis.  Click here to find out more and sign up!

At both events, you'll have a chance to enjoy Dutch Oven treats and camp out with fellow outdoor enthusiasts!
