This event is family-friendly, Nevada Outdoor School will host a Kids' Camp!

We are currently planning on camping at/below Cassidy Mine (our usual spot) with the wet weather though, there is a back up camping location at the gravel pit (click here for map).  There will be a sign at the Friends of Black Rock office in Gerlach letting folks know which location we are camping at.  There will also be signs en-route to the camping location.  

5/23 Update from Friends of Black Rock-High Rock: Use 2nd 12 mile playa access entrance. Stay to the left of the ruts. There is water in the ruts, but the playa is dry and safe to drive on west of the ruts.
