Oct. 14, 2019 - The perfect gift to give for Nevada Day or any other holiday or special occasion is now available from Friends of Nevada Wilderness.

The 2020 Wild Nevada Calendar features stunning photographs of wild and scenic public lands all over the state. Thirteen photographers, more than half of them women and including long-time and first-time contributors, submitted their best work to the photo selection committee.

“Once again, we are in awe of the reverence for wild Nevada these talented artists convey through their lenses,” said Kurt Kuznicki, Associate Director for Friends of Nevada Wilderness. “These amazing photos are sure to inspire folks to tie up their hiking boots and head for the great outdoors.”

The calendars are available at Sundance Books and Music at 121 California Avenue in Reno, at Flag Store Sign and Banner at 155 Glendale Avenue in Sparks and at nevadawilderness.org/shop.  All proceeds from the calendar benefit grassroots stewardship of wild public lands throughout Nevada.
