Join Friends of Nevada Wilderness for our 5th annual Alternative Spring Break!
We are partnering with the US Fish and Wildlife Service to provide students an Alternative Spring Break at the Pahrangat National Wildlife Refuge. This is a multi-day project with 4 nights of camping starting Sunday evening! Monday through Thursday volunteers will do stewardship work on the Refuge learning restoration techniques. In the evenings volunteers will be lead in an educational discussion over dinner. The trip is free; all meals and transportation to work locations are provided.
RSVPs are now full. However, there is still a good chance that you will be able to join us. If you would like to join a wait list, please email Minas Mkhitarian at [email protected].
