With Executive Shaaron Netherton's retirement in 2027, Friends has begun the Shaaron Netherton Sustaining Stewardship Fund, which will ensure our volunteer and field programs have the funding to care the wild lands we all love and provide Friends with urgently needed discretionary funding as we deal with the cancellation of government grants and contracts and an overall environment of funding uncertainty. A gift to the Shaaron Netherton Sustaining Stewardship Fund is a lovely way to honor Shaaron's legacy and help Friends with our greatest funding need in 2027.
