Wilderness Area Status Citizen Proposed Area Management Managing Agency: Forest Service Area Description If designated, the additions proposed for the Alta Toquima Wilderness would provide contiguous protected wildlife habitat for species such as sage grouse, deer and elk. Alta Toquima Additions are comprised of several separate areas contiguous with existing wilderness.
