Dear Nellis Air Force Base,
Please fully analyze an alternative in your LEIS that includes Wilderness designation for all of the areas recommended to Congress for wilderness in the 1970's. The Desert National Wildlife Refuge should be managed primarily by the USFWS for wildlife and public enjoyment.
