This Wednesday, the City of Reno passed the resolution to support the Washoe County public lands bill process. The City joins the Washoe County Commission and the City of Sparks in support of finding a balance between conservation and smart economic development. Thank you to our committed wilderness advocates who sent in comments, phone calls, and attended the meeting. With the full support and participation of Northern Nevada City and County stakeholders, it is now time for all of us to work together to develop a strong well-rounded bill.
