Take Action Thank you for wanting to make a difference and welcome to the Take Action Center. Here you can learn easy ways to help protect Nevada's wild places. Write a Letter - Make a difference Letters really do matter and your voice really does count! We can help you write a letter by providing you some talking points, or a letter that's already written that you can print, sign and mail. Click on a campaign below to find out how: Save Wild Washoe - If you are a Washoe County resident check out how you can keep your open spaces wild. Save Nevada's Wild Forests - Take action to help the Forest Service protect it's remaining wild roadless areas. Letters can still be submitted. Help Protect Mineral County's Wild Places - Public lands legislation is being considered for Mineral County, and Nevada's Congressional delegation needs to hear from you. Letters now will make a difference in how many areas are protected. Other Opportunities You can also make a difference by joining other great folks on wilderness stewardship trips where you learn to heal the land (and have a good time!).
