Area Description
Mount Grafton Wilderness includes the highest summit on Nevada BLM land: 10,990 ft Mount Grafton. The high central ridge line provides spectacular views for the hiker and important summer habitat for many species of wildlife including elk, mule deer, Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep, and mountain lion.
This wilderness is a component of the Bureau of Land Management's National Conservation Lands.
